Project:  Modern Hardware facility at Arnos Vale. 5- year development plan for a decommissioned factory site at Arnos Vale. This involved transforming the site into a modern hardware retail outlet.

Project:  XCD 172,000,000.00 Real estate project at Bambereaux, to be called the Bambereaux Estates.

Project Status: to commence construction during 2009.

Client:  Diamond Village Heritage Association

Project: The development of a 14-acre heritage tourism village in the Adelphi area. The group proposes the development and use of historic remnants for an outdoor museum and other activities at New Adelphi, Diamond in an area to be called Diamond Agro Heritage Tourism Village,  and would result in the development of tourism facilities, historical village, hiking trails, agro-plot, petting zoo, a lily pond and agricultural gardens.

Project Status: Project document submitted to Authorities for approval.

Client:  The Nyabhingi Order of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Project: the development and use of lands for a place of worship (tabanacle), agriculture, housing as well as learning center necessary to support various activities at Peter’s Hope in an area to be called Nyabhingi City,  and would result in the development of cummunal facilities, cultural village, agro-plot and nature preserve.
