Q: I may not need THS always. Can I employ you only on occasions?
A: Certainly. This type of work is performed on a needs basis and can usually be arranged on short notice. Just get in touch with us for an appointment.
Q: How do you charge for your Services?
A: Services are charged generally on a fixed-fee basis. These fees are most often established by management, giving you an In-Home case by case price quote. For most other assignments, cost is based on man-hours spent on a particular task.
Q: If I am not at home or in the island, how can you carry out an assessment or on my behalf?
A: This can easily be done through your agent acting on your behalf. He or she will provide us with review of the issues as well as access to your property. We guarantee work that is in your best interest.
Q: What happens if I am only available on a weekend or holiday?
A: This does not affect our delivery of service. Some activities such as remedial work cannot be put off. We will adjust our staff accordingly. Most clients appreciate this arrangement as it provides them with an opportunity to be present when the work is done, as in the case of working home-owners.
Q: THS do all the needed "ups and downs" for one flat price?
A: Sure. This is precisely why THS has come into being. THS is a "one stop" all-inclusive service provider; advisory administrative and implementation services are available, and you will be given the "flat price" up front. No hidden charges and additional cost later.
Q: I would like to have the lowest price at the best quality. Can THS provide me with this?
A: THS has become known for working with each client to provide him/ her with the best quality their budget can provide. The quality you receive is determined fundamentally by your budget. Outside that THS guarantees professional services - always top quality.
Q: I will be away for extended periods. Will THS provide me with reliable/ regular updates on the progress of my business?
